It was a gorgeous day to say “I do.” The sun was warm but gentle, the kind that wraps around you without making you sweat. A light breeze danced through the air, carrying with it a feeling of excitement and joy. My videographer, Sammi, and I teamed up for the day, fully prepared to capture every moment. We carefully planned our shots to capture everything—from the quiet, emotional exchanges to the big, unforgettable celebrations. A Wedding to Remember in Wesco, MO
One of my favorite moments to capture at Wesco Weddings & Events was Jaden and Eli’s first look—and it was truly unforgettable. Both were brimming with excitement. As Eli turned to see his bride for the first time, his eyes instantly filled with tears. Jaden looked breathtaking in her wedding dress, an off-the-shoulder lace gown with a flowing train. You could see the world melt away for them in that moment. After their first look, we were able to capture all their wedding party photos and so many immediate family photos before the ceremony even began.
My favorite couple portrait is the romantic close-up of the newlyweds. Our lovely couple exudes pure love and contentment. Our groom, dressed in a blue plaid suit and black tie, gently kisses the bride’s temple with his eyes closed, a tender gesture full of affection. Of course, our bride, radiant in her off-the-shoulder lace wedding gown, closes her eyes and smiles softly, savoring the moment. Her wavy, highlighted hair cascades gently over her shoulders, adorned with a delicate wedding veil. Additionally, a dainty necklace adds the perfect touch of elegance. Behind them, the beautiful rustic barn and soft, golden countryside create a warm, timeless backdrop that perfectly frames their connection.

At the charming barn venue, their wedding ceremony overflowed with beauty and heartfelt emotion. They invited the crowd to join in prayer as they began their marriage. Their wedding ceremony at Wesco Weddings & Events was nothing short of magical. When the ceremony processional had gone through, Jaden and her dad drove up to the site in a “sweet ride.” As they drove up, Eli’s face turned to one of shock. He heard his bride on a recording through the speakers. And it was so fun, she told him she loved him and would be right down to meet him.
The wedding reception at the barn was a lively celebration from start to finish. Their lovely three-tier wedding cake artfully blends refined elegance with a bit of rustic charm. The room was filled with laughter, heartfelt toasts, and moments that will be cherished forever. Friends and family mingled, and the dance floor never stayed empty for long. Every corner of the room seemed to buzz with joy.
And what better way to end such a spectacular day than with a sparkler send-off? Guests lined up on both sides, sparklers in hand, creating a shimmering tunnel of light. It looked like something out of a dream. As the couple walked through this “tunnel of fire,” they couldn’t help but make the most of it. They share funny faces, bursts of laughter, and playful expressions that had everyone grinning.
