Butterflies and bumblebees were EVERYWHERE, drawn to the lush backyard filled with vibrant flora. It is a true haven for nature’s tiniest visitors. The backyard at An Enchanted Evening offers a large, inviting pool with a cascading waterfall. This area flows gracefully into a peaceful pond below. Soft lighting and the soothing sound of the waterfalls set a tranquil, romantic mood.
The breathtaking view of a distant mountain created a picture-perfect backdrop, making the day feel like a dream come true. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to highlight the couple’s celebration. The stunning natural scenery offers the perfect setting for their ceremony and reception.
Before the ceremony, the couple exchanged heartfelt gifts. Garrett surprised Elyssa with a stunning necklace featuring a green centerstone, a meaningful keepsake for their special day. In return, Elyssa gifted Garrett a new set of AirPods and a pair of sunglasses. But these weren’t just any ordinary sunglasses, knowing Garrett is colorblind. Elyssa chose color-blind glasses to help him experience the vibrant hues of their wedding day and see everything clearly. The emotional moment brought tears to everyone in the cabin, and there wasn’t a dry eye in sight.
California Meets Arkansas in Unity Ceremony
The couple exchanged vows on the balcony, with a stunning mountain view as their backdrop. And for their unity ceremony, they combined soil from California and Arkansas. It symbolizes the blending of their two lives. If you’re familiar with Arkansas, you know we don’t have typical “dirt” – we’ve got mud and clay! As Elyssa poured her smooth California soil into the box, Garrett struggled to get his jar open. The Arkansas dirt was much thicker, and it took some effort to break it loose! The crowd couldn’t help but laugh at Garrett’s determination, creating a lighthearted and memorable moment on their special day.
Finally, the reception was an absolute blast, filled with laughter, music, and unforgettable moments. Guests hit the dance floor with enthusiasm, while the garter toss added an extra layer of excitement and playful competition, keeping everyone engaged and entertained.
